IPL: MUMBAI INDIANS TEAM PREVIEW

 The four time IPL champions Mumbai Indians will be looking forward to add one more title to their tally. The Hitman-led side doesn't have a good record in the UAE. They have lost all five games they played in UAE, last time when the tournament was shifted to UAE in 2014. That shouldn't affect the reigning champions as they have a knack of kicking off their campaign slowly and gaining momentum towards the end of the league stage.

The Mumbai Indians are one of the most balanced sides in the IPL. They have a strong pace bowling attack led by Jasprit Bumrah, who will be joined by the new signing Trent Boult. They have quality all rounders in the form of the Pandya brothers. 

They have got a well experienced and deep batting line up with Rohit Sharma and Quinton de Kock at the top, forming one of the deadliest opening duo in the tournament. They have blend of of young and experienced players in their middle order. Ishan Kishan, Suryakumar Yadav and Keirron Pollard are some of them. 

Their spin bowling department consisting of Rahul Chahar and Krunal Pandya, will be instrumental on the slow tracks of Dubai and Sharjah. 

They have a bunch of experienced veterans in their team in the form of Lasith Malinga and  Pollard in their squad. The mixture of youth and experience under Rohit's calming influence will be critical for Mumbqi Indian's success this season. You can at least expect them to be in the top two.
